- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup buttermilk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs or panko (for extra crunch)

Instructions
- Prepare the Beef: Cut the beef into thin strips, about 3-4 inches long, and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Season the Flour Mixture: In a bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.
- Prepare the Wet Batter: In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and buttermilk.
